We understand that many job searches must be conducted with discretion. You can control which employers can view your full application details by privacy settings, and approve or deny each request. Ensure your privacy is set to "Require approval for viewing - Employers must request permission to view your application" when submitting your application if you would like to use this feature. Otherwise, your application will be visible to all employers, which could include your current employer or people connected to it.
Our service is completely free for job seekers. We generate revenue through recruiter subscriptions, allowing us to provide a premium service to job seekers at no cost.
Yes, you can deactivate or delete your application at any time from your management dashboard. Once deactivated, employers will no longer be able to see or access your application.
Generally by the email address you provided. By default, our system hides your email address by an email relay to protect from spam, unless you request to make your email directly viewable in the Privacy Settings section in the Upload Your Job Application page. If you've set privacy restrictions, employers will need to request permission first (even to see your anonymized Relay email), and you'll be notified of their interest before they can see your full contact details. Any contact information you include in your resume, such as email addresses or phone numbers may also be used by employers to reach out who have viewing permissions to see your application.
Yes, you may set your commuting preference to remote only to let employers know you are seeking a remote job only.
