Years ago, I registered the nationover.com domain, but never really knew what to do with it. Finally, it dawned upon me:
We waste so much time applying to (singular) jobs, what if we could simply reduce the total time spent, and increase the odds of actually finding an opportunity? Rather than applying to (one) job - what if we could apply to more than one job? Better yet, what if we could avoid auto-rejection emails, avoid getting our application screened out by some mystery AI system - and only be contacted if there's an interest?
This was several months ago, and today the vision exists.
Employers Win
Nationover is free for internal employer recruiting. Other recruiting tools (generally) cost money. But what's even better, is you can see what the applicant stack for your competitors look like - allowing you to poach talent.
Job Seekers Win
No more auto-rejection emails. No more strange AI systems filtering out your Resume. Spread the reach of your applications, and be contacted only if there is an interest. Multiply the fruit of your application efforts, for only 5 minutes a day.
Recruiters Win
Nationover charges recruiters $333/mo to use the service, but that could generate a postive ROI for just one annual placement. Furthermore, cannidates on Nationover by definition are actively applying for a new role, solving one of the biggest problems in recuiting - declined offers from content workers.
